Major developed countries are promoting significant initiatives, such as the United States’ “New Building Codes Initiative,” Germany’s “Industrie 4.0,” Japan’s “Society 5.0,” Australia’s “National Reconstruction Fund,” UK’s “Construction 2025” strategy, and the EU’s “Digital Construction Platform”.
